The service
Suppose is an invite-only learning assistant for user-provided study material. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional, academic, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Your subscription
Founding Pro is $19.99 per month and includes unlimited ordinary tutoring — there is no minute allowance and no hidden monthly cap. It is billed monthly, can be cancelled at any time, and the founding price is held for your first three months. Suppose is in an early founding phase: the product and its pricing may change, and any change to your price will be told to you before it applies to a renewal. Dodo Payments processes payment, management, receipts, refunds, and disputes.
Fair use
Unlimited means unlimited normal use by you, as one person. One voice session may run at a time, and a single session ends after about an hour so it stays reliable — you can start another straight away. Sharing an account, reselling access, or driving sessions by automated or programmatic means is not permitted, and we may pause an account that does so. We would rather write this down than quietly slow down students who are simply studying a lot.
Accounts holding learning time
Some accounts hold learning time in minutes rather than a subscription. For those, one minute represents one minute of live conversation, active time is rounded up to the next minute, and a balance is reserved before a voice session starts. Learning time has no cash value and is not refundable except where the law requires it.
Uploaded material
You must have the right to upload and process your material. Do not upload unlawful content, instructions intended to compromise the service, or another person’s private information without authorization.
Beta availability
The beta may change, experience interruptions, or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
